By accessing or using the Velixar Media website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Velixar Media provides digital marketing services including SEO, website development, paid advertising, graphic design and social media marketing, delivered under the specific scope agreed with each client in a separate proposal or agreement.
Payment & Billing
Services are billed on a monthly retainer or project basis as outlined in your service agreement. All plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed, with a 30-day notice period for cancellation.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them. Velixar Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
While we work to deliver measurable marketing results, Velixar Media makes no guarantee of specific outcomes such as rankings, ad performance or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our direct control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
